An EPMO can be structured in different ways. It depends on your project management maturity and your business strategy. What title this structure will have is not very important. It can be called corporate PMO, Strategic PMO, Project Prioritization Committee, Program Management, Portfolio Management Office, etc.
Nevertheless, it is very important that this structure is adapted to the organizational culture and to the importance that your organization attaches to project management.
